Courtmitra.com serves as a place where providers and users of legal services can exchange information, with the aim of establishing a professional relationship. COURTMITRA.COM does not guarantee that users will be successful in finding a lawyer through this system. Courtmitra.com does not take a position or offer an opinion as to when or if an attorney-client relationship has been established.
In order to provide the best forum for attorneys and clients, Courtmitra.com does not participate in attorney-client agreements or the actual representation of clients. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the completion of the agreement or the integrity of either party. The user, and not Courtkacheri. in, is solely responsible for assessing the integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness of all persons with whom the user communicates through this service.
(a) Waiver of an attorney-client relationship.
Any form of use of the Service by a subscribing attorney or potential client is not intended to and will not create an attorney-client relationship between any person or entity and Courtmitra.com, nor will anything transmitted to Courtmitra. combe treated as confidential. Any electronic communication sent to COURTMITRA.COM will not create an attorney-client relationship between the user and Courtmitra.com, which is expressly disclaimed.
(b) Courtmitra.com does not screen or vouch for its users.
The provision of a service where potential clients and attorneys may meet does not imply the endorsement of a signing attorney. Courtmitra.com makes no representations regarding an attorney’s qualifications, nor does it endorse any statements that the attorney posts to the system. Courtmitra.com does not screen potential cases or refer potential clients to selected attorneys.
(c) Courtmitra.com does not provide legal advice.
Courtmitra.com is not a law firm. Courtmitra.com does not provide legal advice, referrals, mediation, or counseling under any circumstances. Courtmitra.com encourages the user not to accept as legal advice any information obtained from any source of this service unless it comes from an attorney retained by the user.
(d) Courtmitra.com does not offer solicitation.
In no event shall any person or entity solicit users with data retrieved from Courtmitra.com.
(e) Waiver of representations by users
Courtmitra.com makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees (express or implied) as to the legal ability, competence, or quality of representation that may be provided by attorneys or law firms submitting bids and/or listed on this site, or their affiliates.
III. Guidelines for Users
Users of COURTMITRA.COM are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service in accordance with the rules described in this Agreement. In order to keep this system attractive and useful for all users, it is important that users follow the rules of the system. Courtmitra.com reserves the right to deny further access to its service to any user who violates these rules, who is the subject of complaints from other Courtmitra.com users, for any other reason or for no reason at all.
Users who perform any of the following activities in our system will not be tolerated:
Foul or otherwise inappropriate language.
Displaying inappropriate images and/or materials of any kind
Making racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments
Promoting or providing information about illegal activities or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual
Defamation of any person or group that includes people of any age, race, religion, or nationality.Display material that exploits children under the age of 18.
Infringe the rights of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another. This includes using the Service for acts that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs, information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protection devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs, or any type of cracker utilities (this includes files intended solely for game emulation)
violate Internet standards
use the Service to post any harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or unauthorized material or to violate the privacy of others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service by posting advertisements or links to competing services, sending “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass e-mails
Interfere with the security of the service provided by Courtmitra.com. Do not attempt to gain access to system areas reserved for Courtmitra.com or other users.

The opinions and views expressed are those of the individual users of the service and do not reflect those of Courtmitra.com. Data submitted by other users (both attorneys and laypersons) are not reviewed or checked in any way before appearing on the COURTMITRA.COM website. The accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of COURTMITRA.COM is not guaranteed or warranted. Please use caution and common sense when using this website. Your use of any information on the website or any materials linked to the website is at your own risk.
